DELIVERIES:
We ship your orders via DPD or Mondial Relay. Delivery costs are covered by No Concept for orders over €150 in BELGIUM. Delivery times vary depending on the country (5 to 7 days).
You also have the option to choose "in-store pickup." We will notify you by email and/or phone as soon as your order is ready for pickup (2 to 5 days).
SHIPPING FEES:
Shipping costs in Belgium are free for purchases over €150. The shipping fee will appear in the total amount to be paid. This fee depends on the products in your order, the delivery area, and the chosen service.
RETURN PROCEDURE:

You must request it via your customer account on the No Concept website, in the "Order History and Details" section. You will then receive your return authorization, which you can download and print.

- Return Conditions:
You can return any item within 14 calendar days, starting from the day after you receive your order. After this period, the return will be refused, and it will no longer be eligible for a refund. All returned items will be inspected. They must be new, unused, and in their original condition. Any incomplete, damaged, or worn product will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Each item must be returned with its original tags and the return merchandise document in the package.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase.
